What this integration does
- Automatically exports transaction attachments (e.g., receipts/invoices) to DATEV Unternehmen online once a day, starting around 07:00 (CET/CEST).
- Attachments added later to past transactions are also exported during the next daily run.
- Optional: unpaid incoming and/or unpaid outgoing invoices can also be exported (only invoices in “to pay / to be paid” status).
What this integration doesn’t do
- It does not transmit transaction data (amounts, beneficiaries, account movements, etc.) — only the digital document image.
- It does not automatically link document images to transactions in DATEV. To match documents with account movements, set up the automatic assignment in DATEV Unternehmen online.

Important notes
- The first export may take longer depending on the selected history start date and the number of documents.
- Digital documents must not exceed 20 MB and must comply with DATEV supported formats → Datev FAQ
- If you simultaneously use DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0, errors may occur. DATEV recommends using only one service for document transfer at the same time.
How to set up an integration
- Log into your Qonto app.
- Head to the Integrations and Partnerships tab in the main menu.
- Scroll through or use the search bar to browse the integrations and select your chosen integration.
