Your share capital deposit, 100% online

To open your business account and deposit your share capital, we need several supporting documents about you, your associates, and your company. If you have any questions, our teams are here to guide you through the process.

Here are the documents to provide:

1. A copy of a valid ID for all associates
2. The articles of association (or draft articles) of your company
3. A proof of address for the registered office less than 3 months old

To save some time, make sure you have them handy before starting your online capital deposit request on Qonto.

Log in to the Single Window for the registration of your company with the RCS (Trade and Companies Register).

Once your procedure is validated, you can download your final INPI summary document there. You can also access your INPI extract from pappers.fr, data.inpi or the business directory.

Finally, you will receive your final Kbis extract by mail within a few days.

To compile your company's creation file, you will need, among other things:

1. The original copy of the articles of association, initialed, dated, and signed.
2. The PDF copy of the capital deposit certificate (sent by Qonto) accompanied by the list of subscribers (dated and signed) mentioning the number of shares subscribed and the amounts paid by each. The date of these documents must be prior to that of the articles.
3. A copy of the president's ID.
4. A dated and signed declaration of non-conviction from the president.

Once the share capital transfer is made to your Qonto account, we contact you by email for the signature of your deposit request.

Your funds are then entrusted to one of our partner notaries. They ensure the completeness of your file. Once validated, you will receive a deposit certificate by email and by mail. 

This will allow you to finalize your registration through the Single Window, to obtain your registration proof (final INPI summary, INPI extract, or final Kbis extract).

Note that the platform does not issue your Kbis extract. The relevant commercial court registry is responsible for sending it to you.

Qonto allows SAS, SASU, SARL (including Family SARL), EURL, SCI, SNC, SELARL to deposit their capital online.

The company in the process of registration must meet the following conditions:

1. The associates can be natural persons of legal age or legal entities.
2. At least one of the associates must reside in France.
3. Your company does not engage in any of the prohibited activities.
4. Each associate must be able to deposit their share of the capital from a personal account.
5. The company's share capital can be fixed or variable. 
6. The release of the share capital can be partial or complete. 
7. Contributions in kind must represent less than 50% of the share capital.
8. The unit value of contributions in kind must not exceed €30,000.
9. The capital contribution of the company must be at least €1 per associate.

Once the company is officially registered with the RNE (National Business Register), the funds are released by the financial institution upon presentation of your registration proof. 

Once the share capital is released, it is transferred to your Qonto account.

Note that the company has an operational business account before the return of the share capital. Thus, it can start its activity without waiting.
